Reglas:

1. La estadía en el coliving será de treinta (30) días como mínimo.
2. Para realizar la entrega de la habitación se hará en el siguiente horario: 8:00am-8:00pm.
3. El pago se hará mensualmente el mismo día que comenzó la estadía por parte del huésped.
4. Para cancelación del contrato se debe de avisar por escrito a la administración con treinta (30) días de antelación.
5. Al terminar el contrato el huésped deberá pagar una tarifa de limpieza de $90.000 COP.
6. Respeto mutuo:
6.1. Tratar con respeto a los roommates y evitar por completo la discriminación de cualquier tipo.
6.2. Evitar lenguaje ofensivo y acoso de cualquier tipo.
7. Horarios de descanso:
7.1. Los horarios de descanso serán de 10:30pm-7:00am (evitar música y ruidos en alto volumen)
7.2. Se permiten cualquier tipo de actividad social, EXCEPTO fiestas, por fuera del horario de descanso, pero con previo aviso a administración y a compañeros.
8. Limpieza y orden:
8.1. En caso de usar cualquier zona de las áreas comunes, dejar el área organizada y limpia.
8.2. La cocina debe dejarse limpia inmediatamente después de cocinar.
8.3. El baño debe usarse con respeto, dejando todo como se encontró, sea compartido o privado.
8.4. Cada huésped es responsable de limpiar sus espacios personales, por fuera de la limpieza semanal proporcionada por la administración.
8.5. Para el uso de la lavadora se destinará un (1) día en la semana para cada habitación
9. Visitas:
9.1. Las visitas están permitidas hasta las 10:00pm
9.2. No se permiten visitas frecuentes que alteren la convivencia o el ambiente tranquilo del coliving y sus huespedes.
9.3. Pernoctaciones deben ser aprobadas previamente por la administración, en caso de que sea más de 1 noche por semana se cobrara 50mil/noche.
9.4. No se permite el ingreso de trabajadoras sexuales al coliving.
9.5. No se permite el ingreso de cualquier persona que cometa actividades ilegales.
10. Espacios comunes:
10.1. No acaparar espacios comunes ni dejar artículos personales fuera de las habitaciones, ya que administración no se hace responsable por perdidas o daños.
10.2. Compartir los espacios con respeto y considerar el tiempo y necesidades de los demás.
11. Consumo de sustancias:
11.1. Está prohibido el consumo de drogas ilegales o cualquier tipo de sustancia psicoactiva.
11.2. No se permite ninguna actividad ilícita o la posesión de cualquier articulo ilícito dentro del coliving
11.3. El consumo de alcohol debe hacerse con responsabilidad y sin afectar a los demás.

12. Manejo de ruido:
12.1. Se recomienda el uso de audífonos al escuchar música en las zonas comunes y mantener conversaciones en tonos moderados de voz.
13. Seguridad:
13.1. Al salir de la habitación y del coliving, procurar dejar la habitación y el coliving con llave y cerrada.
13.2. Procurar siempre mantener la puerta de acceso del coliving cerrada.
13.3. Es prohibido compartir llaves o códigos de acceso con personas que no sean huéspedes del coliving.

14. Resolución de conflictos:
14.1. Cualquier problema entre huéspedes se procurará resolverse entre estos, en caso de no lograr llegar a una resolución, deberá ser comunicado a administración.
- Las tarifas son por una (1) persona, si son dos (2) personas se debe pagar una tarifa de $200.000COP por la persona adicional

What happens after I make a booking?

Once you send a booking request, the host is notified that you are interested in their listing. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your booking.

Hosts are mainly interested in the profile of their guest. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your booking will more likely get approved.

What is the standard furnishing of flats?
All the properties listed on Flatio must meet certain standards. We require fully furnished and equipped ones, dishes, cutlery and internet connection included.
What is a medium-term rent?
The duration of a medium-term rent is usually 1 to 12 months. Most of the hosts offer long-term rents or rents for just a few days, therefore getting a medium-term rent without Flatio is not that easy.
Can I go through the contract before I make a booking of the housing?

You can take a look at the contract in advance and online with every listing. After you sign it, you will find it in the application My Housing.

While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the hosts on Flatio.

Can I see my chosen accommodation in person before I sign the lease agreement?

Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the living space is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
