Amazing place to stay!

Great apartment

Everything went well. The apartment was very cozy and the owner was very responsive to any questions I had during my stay.

I loved staying in this apartment. It had all the amenities I needed, and I especially loved the backyard and patio area. It was a five-minute walk to the nearest Metro stop and super convenient for getting around. Pretty much anything you could need, from groceries to coffee to clothing or restaurants were a couple of minutes-walk away. The only downside is that there is kind of an awkward, cramped layout in the master bathroom, but otherwise everything was amazing. The host was also very responsive to any concerns I had. I would definitely recommend staying here, and would stay here again myself.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment. The location was great and the space itself had a lot of potential — once I’d settled in, it became a comfortable base. However, there were a few issues worth mentioning for future guests. The apartment wasn’t handed over in the cleanest condition — the vacuum was already full, the toilet brush was dirty, some of the bedding was stained, and I had to unblock drains and defrost the freezer. I also bought additional cleaning products to get things into shape, and purchased a clothes drying rack since there wasn’t one available for outside drying — which I’ve left behind for future guests. I don’t believe it should be my responsibility to clean up after previous tenants, especially without the proper tools to do so. That said, I left the apartment in the condition it should have been handed over in. One of the two hob rings stopped working early in the stay and, although I reported it straight away, it wasn’t repaired during my time there. In general, communication from the host during the stay could have been more timely. All in all, the apartment was a great place to stay once I got past the initial maintenance issues. With a bit more attention to detail and responsiveness, it could have been excellent from the start.

My my stay was great! the apartment was perfect for what I was looking for. The entire process was simple, straight forward, and painless. Bea was very helpful and always timely with assisting me.

Home is very modern, and is exactly as advertised. The modern accommodation inside the apartment made the stay comfortable but the neighborhood was in the center of the Chinatown. Upon arrival 24 hours after check-in the apartment was not cleaned properly with 12+ roaches on the apartment floor. A cleaning crew had to be sent to prepare the apartment a day after check-in. An exterminator had to be sent 2 weeks into our stay due to recurring roach problem. Landlord was usually delayed on response time when texting typically answering the next day.

Home in accordance with what is announced and shown in photographs. Difficulties communicating with the landlord for check-in, but with good support for the remaining of the stay.

Very helpful, friendly, fast responding and attentive landlord. Maria always helped me out when there was a small issue or when moving in and out. The only small downside is the equipment of the kitchen which could be renewed here and there, but all in all it was a modern and tidy apartment with excellent connection to the city and a fantastic experience in general!

Fernando was so kind, helpful, nice, generous and thoughtful. The flat was always clean and tidy 😊 we enjoyed our time in the flat so much and will definitely recommend this place to stay. We hope to see Fernando in the future because we already miss his sweet energy.

Nice and comfortable apartment. It can look small but it isn't. I spent a month with my wife with absolute no problems. Biggest pro: the balcony and the distance from the metro. City center it's just 15-20min far by metro. Other public transports are available as well. Super recommended

Jesús was an extremely helpful owner with an amazing apartment! He was very quick with responses throughout, especially with helping to accommodate for move-in and move-out. The apartment was perfect for our needs. It had a very large bedroom, great workspace (with fast internet), hot water, a well-set up kitchen, and great views of the city. The location is perfect if you want to take advantage of Madrid city center, right by many cafes, shops and restaurants and metro access. I highly recommend!

Casa muy limpia y genial situada. A pesar de estar en una zona muy frecuentada, la casa es bastante silenciosa al dar a un patio interior. Durante la estancia mencioné un problema con el tostador y ese mismo día vinieron a traer uno nuevo. Quizás me ha faltado tener un armario para la ropa, dado que sólo había un burro para colgar cosas.
