It is ok for now.

When a tenant enters the flatio site, it is very difficult to find the booking process. 2 things are most important when someone first enters. 1. Where am I traveling, 2. When and how long am I staying, what are the options. So, just like on booking.com, the tenant should immediately encounter the booking options with the calendar.

Very easy and straightforward to work with. And great variety of housing options.

I appreciated the way they handled the problems with the host, even though they did not have much leverage there.

Me gusta de Flatio la sencillez para reservar y extender la duración de las estancias. También me gusta la oferta de alojamientos para estancias de duración media, varios meses, que es muy apropiada para nómadas digitales.

Um Campo para modificar o valor da estadia consoante o número de hóspedes, exemplo mais um x ou mais dois y , era mais justo para os viajantes nómadas que vêm sós. Obrigado

There are way too many scams

Flatio is an exceptional platform which we have used many times.

As I was looking for a place to stay for 3 months , flatio was ideal.

Fees are a little too high, but overall I had a positive experience.

If you make an arrangement with a landlord, Flatio will still hound you relentlessly for a late payment. It's rather annoying. Otherwise okay. But they should take American Express.:)

The customer service was very helpful

Flatio is a huge help if you are trying to book something from a remote location. A little pricey however.

good site to rent month to month

Bezproblémovým pronajímatelům (jako jsem věřím i já :-) byste mohli o něco snížit provize. Objektivně s námi máte nižší náklady, nemusíte řešit žádné stížnosti či dotazy, když vše s hosty vyřídíme sami k jejich spokojenosti. Pro nás by to byla motivace držet a zlepšovat kvalitu.

I love it, I just think the platform itself could be even more user-friendly, plus the handover and takeover differently done. I’d recommend it 100%!

Easy planability and reliable tenants are great. I would like to receive more requests of course :)
