A Flatio mint ahogy az elmúlt időszakban általában, most sem segített megoldani a problémát. A Flatio csak beszedi a jutalékot és "oldd meg magad ha gondod van a bérlővel". Nagyon sokszor kértem szakmai támogatást a Flatiotól abban, hogy miként lehet a bérlőt meggyőzni arról, hogy ha kap egy lakást tisztán, kitakarítva, akkor a bérleti szerződésben foglaltaknak megfelelően ugyanúgy kell visszaadni, de soha egyetlen támogató választ sem kaptam. Borzasztó minőségű szolgáltatás. A Flatio csak egy szükséges rossz.

Everything could have been done better. I have used Airbnb for over ten years; this was my first and last time using Flatio. You don't actually get any support from the company, despite paying an insane fee, and I felt helpless in what was one of the worst months of my life. Never again.

I would not recommend Flatio to friends because even though the people who rented out the apartment lied to us about how secure the apartment is. Flatio sided with the landlord and refused to force them to give us a full refund. Airbnb puts the tenant above the landlord.

I won't be using Flatio again after this experience. My advice: 1. Employ customer support staff who actually care 2. Don't pay landlords upfront as you have no power to look after your paying customers 3. Check with landlords if they will be staying in the property now and again – make sure this is noted on the listing 4. Check if children and dogs will be present at the property and make sure this is shown in the listing if they will be there, even once in a while 5. If the above points are lied about, let the customer leave early with a refund (only possible if the landlords aren't paid on move-in) I really feel the above are basics requirement when finding a long-term home, which is your business model.

I'm waiting for an answer to my last email regarding the situation in the flat I rented as the landlady didn't take responsibility. I would like to know what is your position about that and how you intend to proceed. I wrote to Flatio immediately as I realised the nature of the problem I encountered, the response was fast but the support and compensation I received is not adequate. I understand that this situation might be difficult to assess but you allowed me to rent a place that wasn't safe to live in. I received an answer to my email and Flatio position is that you will not doing anything about it. And the next person who will rent the flat I stayed in will have the same problem I encountered as the landlady denied that there's a problem in the flat.

I am displeased because after I have sent flatio pics of the conversation between me and the landlord, still I didn't get a reefund for the stay and even paid for days which I didn't stay.

Customer service could be better. It seems like Flatio just focusing on making profit and dont seem to care much about the right of the tenants. The ignore if you complain and come up with ridicolous excuses why you cant move out. Terrible company!
