Top customer support and efficiency

Prices are crazy and you don't display whether the accommodation allows to register if you're staying for a long term (empadronamiento) .. other websites have that filter

On one occasion I had to amend my dates and cancel the contract. Flatio responded quickly and efficiently. I thought the service fee was high and you get a voucher if you cancel (within the contract rules). The rules are clear but I recommend that anything signing a contract read the rules carefully and ensure you are aware of clauses if anything goes wrong.

Overall good experience, the contract work etc was really helpful also. I had a bit of an issue paying initially with card which was a bit stressful but otheriwse good experience .

Everything's fine. You provide the host and the tenant with a contract and you respond to e-mails (relatively quickly). Thank you for the good service.

Very good service when you need them. They very responsive, and their fees are more reasonable than Airbnb for example

Mohla by být aplikace pro jednodušší komunikaci s hosty. Také když napíšu podpoře, nepřichází upozornění, že odpověděli a ne vždy se mi zobrazuje možnost napsat. Také by bylo fajn, kdyby kvůli 1 zprávě poslané pozdě se hned nejhoršila průměrná odpověď. Normálně reaguji do hodiny, ale když jsem na dovolené, kde je změna času a nebo host napíše v noci, není fér, že se ta odpověď tolik prodlouží obzvlášť když se to počítá jen z 1 zpravy od nájemce. Jinak je Flafio dobrá platforma, ze které je možné získat delší pronájmy než na 1-3 noci :)
