I've been using Flatio for almost 2 years and have a good experience with them. The customer service is available in several channels and their reply time is fine. The apartments I rented from them were good with nice landlords. They are also a bit cheaper than the competitors. I wish there were more offers for apartments, because sometimes there aren't many options, especially outside Prague.

The platform is very easy to use and I like that it is more catered towards longer-term rental, giving more freedom with what you rent a space for. I like to be able to have friends visit and stay, to socialise at home with dinner etc. Many AirBnB host either forbid this completely, even for long-term stays. I appreciate that Flatio implies an approach of actually treating a place as your home.

řeší to můj problém, a má to potenciál, hlavně třeba v zemích, kde pronajímají své byty jen v létě, nebot je sezona a mimo sezonu tam není tolik turistů.
