Na základě poslední neštáštné zkušenosti se dvou posledným najemníkům přes Flatio (mladé studenty, kteří nás zdevastovali byt), už bychom nikomu nedoporučili něco takového. Je třeba si dávat velký pozor, neexistuje žádna selekce najemníků, nemusí složit žádné kauce, nemáte fakticky žádnou jistotu, že způsobené škody vám někdo uhradí! :(((

You don't have customer service available to talk to, and I was not able to contact the landlord to ask questions or to view the apartment. Also, My rental rate is wrong as there should be a 5% long-term discount applied to my reservation.

Too complicated application form. And that strange limit for minimum 160 characters in 'about me'? That sounds like 90's-20xx or so... And thus that is not clear - what does 'reservation' means?
