The site is straightforward for the most part however it could use some improvements in certain areas. I suggest adding the option for payment reminders . The billing cycle is different and confusing. Also, archive contract agreements so that the user can go back to review contract agreements and billing if needed. At the moment everytime a new billing cycle or contract agreement is generated the previous one is removed making it not possible to compare past billing or contract agreement.

I like flatio. I have already recommended it to my friends. First of all, for more affordable prices than consultancy services. Secondly, because you can book monthly. In the 21st century, being a nomad is normal. But unfortunately, the world is not designed for nomads. Flatio is the first step towards arranging the world for nomads.

Always a quick response to a problem ; but I thought Flatio was working more closely with the insurance company.

Until now, the similar services I know of, aimed at digital nomads, offer a poor quality-to-price ratio, overselling the quality of the apartments with wonderful photos and charging abusive prices for rent and utilities. Flatio provides accommodations with an adequate quality-to-price ratio.
