We really liked it, except for one thing: the bath towels are very small, not so confortable to use it. Very good customer service, good provision of information. The payments are bit complicated if you don't want to use express payment you can't just use payment gate, you need to make a bank transfer. Just to keep that in mind.

flatio is nice for short accomodation

Everything was great - no complaints! Airbnb is getting so wildly expensive and customer service is getting slower there the more they grow. I preferred Flatio and the support I preferred here.
