Services are very great because everything is taken under account and the service is "all inclusive". There is no need to add bills for electricity, water or internet. The platform for payment is easy to use.

Bringing in some standards to the mid to long term renting. Website is a bit complicated with the different logins and no app available for quick look ups on the go.

improve the app, please, cause it's quite basic. I should work with the app, as I do with Airbnb, for example. your site is more complete. but I'm using smartphone all the time, so the app would be better to use
