Les services étaient correct mais améliorables, il n'y avait pas de jours fixe pour le ménage et nous n'étions pas prévenues. La connexion Wi-Fi n'était pas très rapide ce qui est embêtant pour travailler.

I haven't experienced any issues so far, given that and the lower price I'll at least say it's better than AirBnb.

Mask sensitive ID and passport document number in contracts and across the website. Also landlords should not be asking for copies of IDs via insecure messages but Flatio should offer a secure solution to store and share such sensitive documents if required.
