I think the fees on Flatio are very high, I also don't like that you pay them much later, I would rather see the total cost of my stay altogether and pay it all up front. Paying a further £175 near the end of my stay really put a downer on it and if I'm being honest, if the costs had been more clear, I probably wouldn't have stayed where I did and tried to find something cheaper.

Very easy, convenient, and straightforward to use, and I much prefer it to AirBnb with better prices and better service. I would happily use it again.

I haven't had any issues yet that had to be handled by Flatio insurance, so i can't tell how you act in a situation like that. Payment should be faster and bank holidays should be calculated in in all involved countries. Furthermost in short stays situations.

First time using Flatio, and the whole process seemed really easy and at the same time safe, everything is well communicated regarding everything that needs to be done, a very professional process.

The services were very good, the emails were on time and gave reminders for when rent was due. When I needed help on an issue, they responded in a short amount of time.

Why payment in BTC/Crypto outside countries using the Euro isn't possible? That makes no sense. The payment limit of 1000€ when paying with BC was a bit annoying and stops me from renting higher class apartments in the future. More countries and more appartments needed.

Easy access, fast booking, reviews, a lot of information. Big booking fee which is not included into rental price (filtered price) and when you are trying to find an apartment with N price per day really you're getting N+10% per day. Also city tax is not included and the final price going to be much higher at the end. One of my bookings was 350 EUR, but final price for me was 450, it is almost +30%
