I had little interaction with Flatio so I guess that is a good thing. I did forget to add the reference code to one of my payments. As soon as I realised I informed them and sent the transaction details and it was all sorted with the minimum of fuss!!!

Flatio seemed pretty straight forward and stress free. However, I thankfully didn't need their assistance in anything.

Thanks for the flexibility.

A better understanding of what is being paid to the property owner and Flatio when making payments (more transparency) and a more consistent payment schedule - a single day of the month to pay rather than the shifting payment schedule would be great.
