I complained twice about this owner selling the condo and trying to trick me into paying for extra months, loud construction, and the price changing after I made my last payment when I finalized and edited my move our date. No response no resolve. After making my final payment and being settled I logged back in a month later to see new charges one from a previous month I had already paid and one for two months after my contract terminated. Stayed on the app for 5-6 hours waiting for extremely slow response times, no resolve, no follow up no answer.

The support was really great and answered fast, I liked it.
The main problems — it's very difficult to change your personal details in the contract after sending it. You need to discuss this question with your host, which is pretty strange because this is YOUR personal details.
Also they don't support of Georgian bank cards (I mean the country, Georgia). I had problems just to pay for the apartment and asked my friend to pay.

Lo único que avisaría de que en la forma de pago antes de realizar el primer pago que los posteriores se cobra una comisión si pagas mediante tarjeta bancaria. Ya que en el primer pago dicha comisión no existe.

I have never had issues with Flatio; all the apartments rented were exactly as described and pictured. Contracts are made in 2 languages and are suitable for legalization; everything can be executed within minutes. Hosts are super supportive, so far it's one of the best experiences that I had

I enjoyed my stay very much and met some great housemates! It had all the necessary kitchen supplies. The fridge was a bit small, but we made it work. My only recommendation is a new mattress for room 3. It was very saggy and squeaky.
