ปอร์โต, โปรตุเกส: Read reviews from both guests and hosts who've had rental experiences in this destination!

I haven't completed a transaction yet, but I have found the website easy to use and the offerings look good.

The site is so easy to use. Like the idea that two week minimum helps owners not having to deal with constant turnover

Muito bem estruturado

that you cater to long stay, digital nomad :)

It's cheaper than Airbnb and it's optimized for digital nomads

I like the ease and availability to do it all online.

Ease of use, clear guidelines

Easy to find places, and very informative.

Utilities included in rental.

De beaux appartements très bien mis en valeur.

We love that's easy to find accomodations for long periods

Very nice, large apartment in a great area. Furnishings are excellent and appear to be in great condition.

Cool

It is the best site accommodating all the needs from all the information about the propertys amenities so thorough and the ease of getting a much needed signed contract for my residency visa. I haven't done that yet but the fact you offer it is immeasurable. Thank you I got a list from from an expat site and yours was the second one I tried I liked your name.

I like that the accommodation is cheaper than anywhere else, and that you can live in the places for much longer.

The transparency and rich information throughout the rental proccess.

Flatio is an easy to use site, you can hunt through the apartments and find exactly what you are looking for. We have used Flatio now 5 times in the last few months and are very happy. With Flatio you are renting a home away from home. I am an Architect that is lucky enough to be able to work remotely. We have travelled Europe for over a year and we appreciate the comfort we have while renting these apartments. It makes it easy to live like a local, work, explore and generally create some wonderful experiences.

Easy access, the apartments are great only wish they had a bigger range in Italy & Greece.

Best type of accomodation. the apartments we have stayed in have been exactly as advertised. Only had one little hiccup but this was not with Flatio.

The convenient, no hassle way to lease...especially the "all inclusive" rent. Makes life much easier!
