Furthermore, the dryer is not available inside the apartment for guests' use. Instead, it is located in a basement (which feels somewhat unsanitary) and is shared by the entire building—there is only one dryer for 20 apartments. It would at least make sense to provide a laundry basket to carry clothes back and forth, but not even that is available.
There is also no bed linen replacement service. As a result, not only is doing laundry inconvenient, but if you want to wash your sheets, you have to plan ahead and potentially lose a whole day waiting for the shared dryer to become available when you need it.
If you're staying for a month, you can manage, but I can't imagine staying any longer. What surprised me most is that it isn't cheap to rent. Other than that, the location is fine, and having the shopping mall nearby is convenient.
