This sunny apartment on the top floor is spacious as well, with all the necessities you might need available. The apartment is located in one of the beautiful historical buildings in the city centre but, luckily, includes an elevator. In the area, there are supermarkets and a complete shopping mall reachable within a 10-minute walk. Nyugati Station, with both national and international connections, also lies within this close distance, which makes it an ideal hub for travelers. Simone is very accommodating with the apartment, offering tips about the city, and being helpful when addressing issues. Since this was one of our first experiences using the Flatio platform, we needed to figure out how to pay the bills through the platform, but everything worked out in the end. Overall, I greatly enjoyed my stay in this sunny appartment!

The apartment was perfect for us new arrivals to Porto: it is cozy with adequate outdoor space for our dog to play; two bedrooms; and the location is superb with easy access to city amenities that helped us furnish our longer-term apartment. We stayed there for two months and would do so again if needed.

Siniša was a really thoughtful and kind person who helped us swiftly work through some challenges we had with the place (no one’s fault just house related maintenance from a storm and upkeep). He was always quick to respond, went out of his way for us, and was thoughtful. We loved his property, the location, and the ease of walking.

He went above and beyond for us with helping us in other ways and we enjoyed our time there very much.

I enjoyed my stay in this flat. The retro decoration is nice, and overall the apartment is comfortable. Heating works well, hot water is always available, and the kitchen is well equipped, although the dishwasher was not working. I had a very friendly and pleasant roommate. I recommend this place to people who enjoy a simple and quiet lifestyle

Michaela was kind and personally showed us everything. She was always in touch and happy to help whenever we had questions.

We really liked the apartment — it has a convenient location and great transport connections, although we walked almost everywhere. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and even more! It’s a quiet area, and the kitchen windows offer a lovely view of nature and the hillside. Windows on three sides are very rare to find. We are very grateful that the host purchased a baby cot at our request

The fridge bairely works, and some other stuff in the apartment require some maintenance.

I stayed in this accommodation for about four months with a friend, and can highly recommend it. The area is excellent, very safe, pleasant, and close to everything you might need, such as supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and so on. It truly felt like home during my stay, and I will definitely miss both the apartment and the area.

The host was fantastic, always available and helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance, which made the entire experience very smooth and comfortable.

The neighbors were also very friendly, which added to the overall positive experience. I can strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
