Eduoard was helpful and answered all questions that came up during my stay. The check-in and check-out process were both seemless and required no face-to-face interaction.

The apartment is well suited for long or short term stays. It is in close proximity to all amenities you need for daily life and is close to many highly rated restaurants and cafes. There is a metro station very close as well as a street tram on the corner.

The building itself is beautiful and this unit overlooks Karlin square with a view of the church, the TV Tower, and the national monument -- a beautiful place to enjoy coffee in the mornings or reflect.

I would recommend this apartment for anyone looking to explore the Karlin neighborhood of Prague itself.

Wow, the views are simply amazing! Huge terrace, recently renovated, modern furnishings, dishwasher and clothes washer, TV, internet. Everything you need. Super location, a couple of minutes from shopping, metro, tram, bakeries, butcher shops, restaurants. I hope it's available next time we're in Prague. Thank you so much.

Me and my boyfiriend lived here for a few months. It is a nice apartment. The location is good - near the city center, but the neighborhood is quiet.
There were some downsides, for example when we moved in, the dishwasher wasn't working for awhile (it's working now). For us personally, it would be really nice if the windows in our room had blinds and if there was a vacuum cleaner (there is only a broom and the dust gets pretty bad sometimes).
But to be fair it was mostly a nice experience. The room was big enough for 2 people. My boyfriend was working from home and had no complaints about the internet connection. The kitchen is pretty big and now fully equipped. For the most part we had no trouble finding parking near the apartment.
Barbora always responded quickly whenever we contacted her and fixed most of the problems.
All in all, good for a few months.:)

I have stayed at hotel for five weeks as a nomad. Though the room facilities are not new, they do their job. The location is great—close to the Lido promenade, shops, and Funchal centre. There is a rooftop place to relax and observe the magnificent panorama of Funchal at day or night. Many many thanks to the general manager Mr. George and administrators of Dorisol Buganvilia Mrs. Maria and Mrs. Teresa who were attentive and arranged a comfortable accommodation for me.

The flat is small and cozy and has a great location! you can walk into the old town and all the sightseeing spots. Metro and tram nearby, as well as shops. The flat is like it appears in the pictures. The furniture has seen a couple of seasons now, but all worked fine and I had no problem with that. Due to the building era, walls are thin and you can hear your neighbours :) but very quiet for sleeping!
Pavel has been very friendly and communication was always prompt and friendly too. Overall - I can definitely recommend!

The flat is modern, clean, in good condition and everything works as described. We loved the equipped studio kitchen, the view out of the window, and the large bed. The landlord is super helpful and always responsive. Basically, it's the best Landlord you can imagine. We very much enjoyed our stay for three months.

It is a small apartment well maintained in the center of Lisbon, perhaps a little small if you are in two and want to work from home but perfect as a base to move around the city center. The bathroom is new and the shower is fantastic. Within walking distance you can find cute cafe and all services. Andrea and Joanna are the owners and proved to be very helpful and friendly.
