It was a good apartment, spacious, clean, just like the pictures, equipped with everything we needed except the dishwasher that is much needed for an apartment for 4 people. The landlord was helpful and responsive

I absolutely loved staying at her apartment, which is located in a wonderful area with everything in walking distance, including great cafes and brunch places. My host, Zsuzsanna was exceptional - reliable, responsive, and always there when needed. Her attentiveness and genuine care made my stay completely comfortable. Highly recommended!

All was good

Very nice apartment. Exactly like on pictures. High ceilings, lots of space, good location, quiet street. The only negative is internet quality -> it's spotty at times. Goes from normal good speed to very very very slow. This lasts from 5 mins to 30 mins. Probably not a big deal for tourists, but if you are a remote worker working from the apartment and need to rely on your internet (scheduled video calls or meetings for example) this will be an issue.

Overall almost everything was fine, excellent communication before the check in, clear instructions, really nice flat and especially its location. We had everything we need, and no serious issues. Things to consider - this location is one of the most active night life streets in Prague. So it can be a bit noisy during the night, but it wasn't really a big issue. And one minor drawback of the flat, kitchen furniture requires a little fixing, there was a problem with dishwasher door.

Great place in the middle of Alfama, the balcony is amazing in the sun. The communication with Gokhan was great, always available and issues with the apartment were fixed as soon as possible.

Wonderful space. Clean and modern. Good neighborhood with short walk to waterfront and to Unicorn hub co-working. Great bakery nearby. Well insulated windows so keeps quiet during the night. Would stay again!

Pros - 1. Great location. Steps away from the subway and Andrássy Avenue. A grocery store was on the corner as well. 2. Spacious unit 3. Lovely property manager Cons - 1. Check In - Right before we were to take possession of the unit, someone stole the lockbox. As a result, the owner decided to have the locks changed (smart) and to have a keyless entry system installed. Unfortunately, this was to take place during our stay. Our group was arriving at different times so it took significant rearrangement of our schedules to be able to hand over the one set of keys. It took multiple phone calls and texts to set up a check in time. The owner refused to assist, instead directing me via text to go through his property manager. She had wanted me to meet her at her home to pick up the keys and I did not want to do that. 2. Cleanliness - Again, this was another instance of timing. It should not be an issue for others. Apparently the prior guests left all of their belongings in the unit (weird right?) so the cleaning person decided that it was too difficult to clean it. When the property manager and I met, she let me know what took place and proceeded to bag up all of their belongings and then do a cursory cleaning. The bathroom in the unit had an issue with mold. I scrubbed the areas that I could reach and washed the shower curtains multiple times in order to alleviate the smell. I am overly sensitive to the smell of mold while my friends did not notice it, so it may not be an issue for you. The owner is aware of the problem and is investigating how to resolve it. 2. Check out process - The property manager was out of town so we needed to physically hand over the keys to someone. This required scheduling a meeting time with a neighbor.

The apartment is so cute, spacious and well-appointed. The location in Cabanyal was perfect for our stay. The host was wonderful and easy to work with. If you’re looking for a nice neighborhood to stay in near the beach and easy access to transportation, plus a super cute apartment, this is it.

Amazing home and host!! We are so fortunate to have landed here for our first few months in Lisbon. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and has everything we needed plus more. Most importantly, the host, Ines, is incredible. We were so cared for during our stay and had a wonderful experience. The outdoor space was especially nice, since it's uncommon to have lodging with a yard in Lisbon. We highly recommend this accommodation and would stay here again!
