The apartment I rented is in the middle of construction site. Hammering and drilling, all the time. 6 days a week, 9 hours a day. One week they removed an entire ceiling from an adjacent apartment with chainsaws directly next to my kitchen. Another week they used several drills simultaneously to do work in the basement directly under my bedroom. The week I left there was a trench dug directly in front of my apartment door and a pit directly in front of the building. I spent the entire Covid-19 quarantine trying to teach online classes in this environment. I contacted the landlord at the beginning of April (after suffering with the noise for three weeks of working from home), and the response was that I should find out who ran the construction crew. By the middle of April I had had enough and wanted to discuss early termination of my contract, or at least an alternative flat I could move to. Flatio contacted the owner, who, and I quote, "...promised us (Flatio) that he will solve the situation immediately and that he will help you." I never heard a single word after that. I unilaterally terminated my lease at the end of April, and moved out at the end of May. I realize the owner is not personally responsible for the construction in the building, which belongs to someone else. However, he: 1) Rented the apartment to me in January while construction was already underway without informing me of that fact; 2) Did absolutely nothing to try to alleviate the problem in any way or help find an alternative, and; 3) As far as I know, despite no longer being able to claim ignorance of the situation, immediately put the apartment back on the market. What a pity. The apartment itself is in a good location and was basically in order when I moved in. However, it doesn't matter how nice a place is if you know that if there's a problem you are totally on your own. I do not recommend renting with this owner.

Byt hezký, nový, ale ještě drobné nedodělky - noční stolek ještě v krabici, nefunkční myčka. Pan majitel stále v kontaktu, během pobytu ochotný. Trošku nás zklamalo, že nám nezkrátil výpovědní lhůtu, když jsme se museli kvůli koronavirové epidemie vystěhovat již po 14 dnech - platili jsme ale nájem za 1,5 měsíce. A lakás felszereltsége tökéletes,tiszta,szép.Flatio oldalon 1emeleti lakás volt meghirdetve ,sajnáltuk hogy fzs kaptunk ezért az utcára néző ablakot nem tudtuk használni a beszálló por miatt sem.Pár napra jó a lakás ,egy hónapra nekünk sötét.

It was a little dirtier then I'd assume, the elevator out of order - and a few fishy people in the building. Still for the price I've got it I don't complain.

We have stayed at this place for a month. It’s in the heart of Alfama which is the most touristic part of Lisbon. There were only touristic restaurants, bars and cafes. No store close by to buy fresh fruits and veggies no need to mention even a good grocery store. The house was not that clean. In the drawers there food crumbs and there was even a smoked cigarette under the bunk bed. The managing company asked for extra money for cleaning even though it was written on the site that the guest will find the flat clean. They charged me without asking or informing us. After few email exchanges finally they have accepted to reimburse me. The best part of the flat was the little balcony in front, with a view. I would not stay again or work with this company.

The property was very central.

Pros: - close to tram and subway - simply but nicely furnished and styled - wifi worked great, TV as well - spacious and bright apartment - good size closet - good communication with the check-in girl. The electric kettle didn't work so she brought me a new one the next day. Cons: - NO ELEVATOR IN THE BUILDING even though advertised !!! Which normally wouldn't be a problem for me, but I currently had a surgery and specifically looked for a place WITH an elevator. That's a big no-no - terrible smell coming from the bathroom (shower drain) that didn't go away even after three rounds of drain opener and constant use of electric air freshener + bathroom fan - washing machine might not be safe to use. I did one load of laundry and it sounded like a rocket launch, very loud and the machine was vigorously shaking - radiators would make ridiculously loud and scary noises from time to time (very inconveniet at 3am) Overall I was not impressed, since the cons I listed were a big deal to me. If I have stayed for just a few days I wouldn't have cared that much but for a 3 week stay these were very inconvenient.

The apartament is good, but there isnt microwave, this complicate the normal kitchen task.

We rented the apartment for four months. First of all, the location of the apartment couldn't be better. The are is great with nice cafés and restaurants. It is situated close to a subway station. Unfortunately, the kitchen was not in a good condition, which was a trouble for us during our long term stay. The landlord told us he would fix it, but since he had trouble to find a carpenter it never got fixed. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. The landlord was overall easy to get contact with and very friendly. He helped us with things we asked for, but it could sometimes take a while. We will miss Prague!

The location of the apartment is extraordinary, although it is really old and should be renovated (especially the windows, that eventually the owner did not fix as promised), also, common spaces are extremely small. Overall, it is a perfect accommodation for a couple with a child, for a short stay (1-2 weeks), we were three student and we stayed for the all winter semester and the house is definitely not suitable for such a period.

Byt se nachazi v dobre a klidne lokalite. Zarizeni bytu uz v tak dobre kondici neni. Namatkou, plisen kolem vany, tekouci mycka, nekvalitni pracka, spinava sedacka, jen jeden hrnec k dispozici na vareni. Matrace nekvalitni. Garaz vhodna jen pro male auto.Nespokojenost s pobytem.

The communication was one way mostly.The flat is in the intersection, on the 1.st floor, very loud.

i have been in this place only for two weeks yet i was forced to leave due to some medical issues that the landlord have. To be honest , she's such a nice lady and she will help you as much as she can and she will always try to find some compromises . yet she have some medical and mental problems so it is not very safe to live with her because i had to experience one of the toughest night in my life because of this which caused me homeless and had to find a new place to stay in . i believe the company should not permit this rent process with her due to her medical problems because it is unsafe for the tenant

Blizko mestu, ale docela hlucna mestska cast.

This unit needs a deep cleaning. The blinds are filthy and do not pull up. The curtain does not work and can't block out the street lamp. The windows are filthy, dead bugs are in the light fixtures, the washer hose has not seen a rag in years. The unit is well located, however, for restaurants, bank, services (haircut, massage, eyeglasses, etc.), grocery stores (Lidyl, Alberts and mini-Tesco) and is in between 2 subway stops Hurka and Nove Butovice (closer). There is a lot of noise outside: traffic, garbage trucks and people talking and the person in the apt. next door who shares the bed wall, bangs a cabinet door very early every morning. There are only few kitchen basics ( no salt, sharp cutting knives or toaster) and for one night or week-end, this is not a big deal, but I was there for 6 weeks. Alert, be sure the cleaning fee details are crystal clear before you signup.

Přes levné vybavení a absenci klimatizace, nebo alespoň lepšího stínění, by díky moderní novostavbě s parkováním a dobré dopravní dostupnosti mohlo jít o zajímavé krátkodobé bydlení. To ale bohužel značně znehodnocuje sousedství zařízení Armády spásy naproti přes ulici, díky kterému je výsledný dojem přinejmenším tristní.

Lokalita bytu je dobrá, zastávka autobusů je před bytem a tramvaj asi 400 metrů. V blízkosti se také nachází nonstop Tesco. Jedná se o větší byt, který je uměle rozdělený na dva menší byty. Co se týče vybavení bytu, tak jde vidět, že je to opravdu to nejlevnější možné. Židle k pracovnímu stolu se rozpadá, inzerovaná rychlovarná konvice se v bytě v době mého pobytu nenacházela a na dotaz mi bylo sděleno, že mi ji objednají a mám si pro ni dojít do obchodu. Postel se rovněž rozpadá a musel jsem ji minimálně jednou týdně opravovat protože z ní vypadávali ty prkna pod matrací tak bylo třeba to tam zasunout zpátky, což je dost únavné. Při nastěhování byl byt plný prachu v koutech, veškeré nádobí v poličkách bylo špinavé takovým způsobem, že jste měl chuť si koupit nové, ale nakonec jsem si vydrhl pár kousků nádobí a používal jenom to. Odpady byly ucpané v době předání a musel jsem si je sám vyčistit a o to více mě udivuje, že po opuštění bytu je mi majitelem vytýkáno, že byt nebyl dostatečně uklizen a chtějí mi naúčtovat 500 Kč za úklid. V bytě nejsou přitom ani pořádné nástroje na úklid. Žehlička je sdílená pro oba byty a o žehlícím prkně se nebudu ani zmiňovat, jelikož to mini žehlící prkno s výškou asi 50 cm, na tom se opravdu nedá nic vyžehlit. Týden před opuštěním bytu mi majitelka napsala trošku rozkazovacím způsobem co všechno má být uklizeno, zameteno, uděláno. Když jsem se stěhoval do bytu, tak tento byl v takovém stavu, jak popisuji výše.. "drobné nedostatky" jakože nešlo pořádně zavřít okno a bylo štěstí, že mě nikdo za tu dobu nevykradl, tak o těchto bych tady mohl napsat ještě několik odstavců, ale přijde mi to už zbytečné. Byt jsem před předáním uklidil, zametl (vysavač není k dispozici, ten mi byl nabídnut až při předání bytu kdy si ho majitelé donesli s sebou), utřel prach a umyvadlo a sprchový kout v koupelně. Následně mi bylo majitel sděleno, že byt nebyl dostatečně uklizen a chtějí poplatek 500 Kč. Příště už radši byt před AirBNB, ceny jsou téměř podobné ale kvalita a komunikace s majiteli je trošku jinde. Za mě toto byl jeden z nejhorších zážitků co se týče ubytování.

The apartment was very dirty, so we have to ask our friends to order cleaning service for general cleaning, including the walls in a bathroom and refrigerator. It takes 8 hours, the owner paid for this. He washed the windows on his own. Then, we waited about 10 days when the owner changed a broken glass desktop and broken iron. We staid for 6 weeks, the rest was okay. The apartment is big and situated close to the center.

Es fehlen in Spül- sowie im Waschbecken Stöpsel. Der Vermieter sollte pünktlich am Abreisetag da sein.

The flat is definitely no luxury place, most of the furniture looks cheap, but the price is competitive and it is fine for a stay of a few weeks. Would be much better if only there was a blackout curtain in the bedroom. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The place was clean when I arrived except for a few things in the kitchenette. The area is quiet and well served by public transport. Eduard (the owner) is kind and available to help.

The flat is located in a very nice location in the old city. It is within walking distance to all the nice places. It is also very close to the tram and restaurants. The flat is also very spacious. Our only problem with the flat was with the cleanliness especially the cleanliness of the kitchenware. In short we had to clean all of the kitchenware before we could use it.

It is way too expensive for a room in an apartment of 3 rooms, no living room and a small kitchen. The owner is supernice but that doesn't change the fact that I paid more than I should've since I found in other places offers with an apartment that offer more or less the same as this one but with a more asequible price.
