Wonderful flat in quiet building, no noise from traffic. Everything you could want for is in the flat, even a dish washer and a washing machine. Comfortable bed and nice shower. There is an outdoor balcony which must be so lovely in spring / summer time. I stayed for a month and I really enjoyed my time there and was a little sad to go. Landlords Sara and Corina are lovely people that were quick to reply and ever so helpful. Couldn´t ask for nicer landlords!

The apartment is really nice - a modern and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom combined with the historical roots of the house and the district itself. The view is great, many grocery stores and restaurants are around and there is a Copenhagen Coffee lab that you can use for working and another coworking not far. The location is A class - just 10 min by walk from the super central districts and 4 min from the embankment (I had my morning runs there). Super close to the Alcantara Mar train station where you can take a train to Cascais. The bus station is 2 min away too.

Manuela and her family replay in 10 min and are super supportive with everything 🥰.

I would recommend this apartment to solo travelers and digital nomads - so you won't regret it!

Paní Michaela k nám byla velice vstřícná, ochotná, ve všech jednáních při převzetí bytu i při předání. Převzali jsme krásný, čistý, před Vánoci svěže vymalovaný, moderně zařízený byt s designovým krbem včetně komfortního parkování.
Strávili jsme zde příjemné chvíle, klid a pohodu vánočních svátků a nového roku. Děkujeme.

The location of the apartment is perfect: Close to public transport, supermarkets, all kinds of sightseeing attractions and restaurants and bars. The apartment itself is nicely furnished and fully equipped with everything needed for a stay in Budapest. Co-operation with the host was very easy and convenient. Even small issues were solved rapidly.

Pan Berecky je přátelský, vstřícný, stará se o hosty v bytě. Odpovídá velmi rychle. Byt je útulný a dobře vybavený, pohodlná koupelna. Autobusová zastávka přímo u dveří. Velmi pěkná čtvrť s mnoha obchůdky a restauracemi v okolí. Byli jsme velmi spokojeni, děkujeme!

Really nice and new apartment. Good location 20-25 minutes away from downtown. The only problem was that the washing machine does not work properly and the water from the shower spills all over the bathroom. Other than that, the apartment is really nice!

Really enjoyed my stay in Porto Novo. The area has beautiful beaches & nature trials within meters from your front door. Susana was an excellent landlord to deal with.

The Grão d'Areia restaurant is walking distance & provides great meals with a view of beach!

Everything was perfect. The apartment is perfectly located in Prag 7. Not to central but easy to get there by tram (10-15min).
You have an Albert supermarket near the apartment were you can get with a 2 minute walk. Loved it and the landlord is kind and you can contact him always by WhatsApp.
