The apartment is spacious and furnished with simple but nice furniture, floor of tiles easy to clean. Kitchen is spacious and includes a dishwasher. The owner’s Eduardo was very pleasant and left cleaning products, water, biscuits, coffee, tea to make our stay more enjoyable. All the bedding and towels were mostly new which was a nice surprise. The apartment is very close to the beach, coffee shops, supermarket and restaurants which make it very pleasing. The apartment included a secure car space which made it very convenient when friends visited as is very hard to find parking around. Thanks Eduardo for a very pleasant stay. We will come back!

We had a wonderful time in Katerina & Vladimir's apartments. The unit is located on the base floor of their house, it has a separate entrance and a nice terrace. It does not feel underground and has enough light. As a huge bonus of such a location, the temperature inside is very comfortable even during very hot summer days, as well as during cold rainy days due to very modern and quality windows.

The apartment has everything you may need (literally) and if there's a need in something else, hosts are here to help. All kitchen supplies and electronics are of a high quality, in perfect working condition. The general feel of the apartment is like it's new, clean and tidy and was designed and equipped thoughtfully.

The area is quite and premium. I believe that's one the best districts in Prague. With easy access to the center, and lots of parks and sports grounds nearby.

Thank you Katerina and Vladimir! We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for two months and had an unforgettable experience. The apartment was spotless, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect — both the light rail and bus stops were just a five-minute walk away, making it super easy to get around.

Amit is a great guy! He's very friendly and helpful. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable. It is also well located in a nice, mostly quiet area. Supermarkets, the train station and bus services are within easy walking distance while the facilities of Portimao are a bit farther but not extremely far. Another nearby location is Ferragudo with its quaint but touristy vibe, beaches, castle, numerous restaurants and beautiful views.

The apartment is simply excellent – great location, quiet, and very well equipped. There’s a bakery, supermarket, and even a kids’ camp (Lagos Camp) nearby, which made our stay especially convenient. We stayed as a couple with two young girls and a baby, and it was absolutely perfect for us. The neighborhood is peaceful yet close to everything you need. Highly recommended!

Luis is a responsible and kind person. We had a problem with the internet when we arrived, but the landlord fixed it really fast.

Sarmite was wonderful to communicate with. The apartment is very pleasant, clean, has all the necessary amenities and is walking distance to everything - shops, grocery, restaurants, mall, beach and lots of places to explore. Isabel is a fantastic host. The apartment is quite comfortable and well equipt with all I needed to feel at home. The one thing that I didn’t realize enough was how much the volume from the street would impact me. The windows are double paned though so if you don’t need the windows open for breeze, this is not a problem.

Great place, very well equipped. Barry is very helpful and welcoming. The place itself is very spacious even though there is limited headroom. The area is very quite - I slept like a log here. And if that is not enough the supermarket is right on your doorstep.
