Byt je hezky zařízen a s možnosti parkování před domem. Myslím, ze v létě by naše zkušenost byla o moc příjemnější, byt je diky umístění v suterénu dost temný a mírně vlhký. Majitel je vstřícný a ochotný. Celkově bych byt doporučila návštěvníkům se staršími dětmi či bez.

The flat is ok for a short stay, but has a few flaws. Heating devices are not in a good shape for winter months. Furniture is overused, but still functional. I would recommend to invest some money in the renovation. Otherwise, Alex and Natalia were very responsive, answered our every need, helped with all the problems we had. The flat is located in a nice neighbourhood and close to the city centre which is nice. We had some noise problems with the upstair neighbours - people who tend to live in the building have parties and would not recommend this flat for the people who want quiet nights. But maybe it was just our luck and future tenants won’t have these problems. Overall: an older apartment in a nice location with very responsive landlords.

Die Wohnung wäre eigentlich ganz toll gewesen, nur wurde sie nicht besonders sauber gereinigt. Das Geschirr, die Mikrowelle und der Kühlschrank waren nicht sauber. Ausserdem fehlten jegliche Reinigungsutensilien (für eine Vermietung von einem Monat, sollte dies vorhanden sein). Die Wohnung ist super gelegen mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Das Zentrum ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Leider war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr schlecht. Auf die Frage: ein paar Reinigungsmitteln und einem Staubsauber zu bringen, haben wir 2 Wochen lang keine Antwort erhalten. Klar, es war Weihnachten und Silvester dazwischen, jedoch sollte man diese Dienstleistung von einem Vermieter erwarten können. Das Einchecken und Auschecken verlief gut und unkompliziert.

Nice flat in a great neighbourhood nevertheless the whole furnitures is cheap not to say no longer usable, particularly kitchen utensils and the sofa.
Worth noting the very little water flow in the bathroom and sometimes the disappearance of the said flow.

Ruhige Lage, schnelle und gute Erreichbarkeit der öffentlichen Verkehrstransportmittel und des Zentrum, lebendiges Unterzentrum mit EKZ, Restaurants, Einzelhandelsgeschäften etc. fussläufig nahe bei. Schlichte, saubere Einraum-Wohnung in ruhigem Haus. Abstrich bei der Matratzenqualität. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin über nur wenige SMS/Emails, die sehr freundlich und zurückhaltend gehalten waren. Vermieterin bietet auch weitergehende Hilfe an (z.B. Reinigung der Wäsche).

Hi Flatio,

I need to raise concern for Flatio and Flat owner.
The sofa has provided to us is in bad condition and rubber cover comes on it , when we used to seat on it.

My younger son (of one year age) eat it due to this stomach infection has happened and it created big problem to us.
when I asked for replacement to owner, they simply refuse it.

but during handover they are raising issue on small small thing.
