Rented the apartment for about 1 month, and had a great stay. The host was very helpful from booking until checkout, and is very friendly and easy to deal with. The apartment is exactly like the photos, and the location in Santa Catalina couldn’t be better. It's just a few minutes from the beach promenade, and has plenty of nice restaurants in the neighborhood. Highly recommended :-)

It was such a pleasure to be there. It is a great family setting . Owners are very nice and helpful, we felt like at home. Place is quiet, we felt great to be away from the tourist traffic yet so close to everything we needed. We will certainly be back.

Josipa is a great host, she is kind, caring and goes out of her way to provide comfort for her guests. She is clearly and responsive in communication, she is also flexible and understanding. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem entspannten Aufenthalt in der kleinen Wohnung von Eva. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, um die Zeit in Prag genießen zu können. Auch der Austausch mit Eva selbst, war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Ich habe mich sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt und komme immer wieder gerne vorbei. Auch außerhalb des Apartments, hatte mir Eva viele Ideen zu Ausflügen, Restaurants oder weiteren Insider Tipps gegeben. Es war ein großartiges und sehr persönliches Rundumpaket.

When the apartment I originally rented became unavailable due to maintenance issues, Helena kindly provided me with a much larger apartment and closer to the historic center. The apartments was lovely and easily within walking distance to the train station and grocery store.

The apartment is located in a great location in Budapest. The apartment itself is in excellent condition, with no strange odors, and it is even better than the picture. There is a metro station and a food market nearby. I would also like to mention the owner of the apartment. When we asked if the apartment had a hairdryer, a frying pan, and a saucepan, Mr. Guala V. immediately responded by purchasing these new household items. Mr. Guala V. was very friendly, welcoming, and sociable. We really enjoyed his small sweet gifts. The next time I'm in Budapest, I'll stay at his place, and I recommend it to everyone.

Skvelé ubytovanie, úplne nad moje očakávania. Domáci boli milí, ústretoví a vždy ochotní pomôcť, keď sme niečo potrebovali.
Komunikácia bola rýchla a bez komplikácií. Apartmán bol čistý a vybavený všetkým potrebným na každodenné fungovanie. Lokalita je pokojná, len pár minút chôdze od zastávky metra, takže do centra Prahy sa dá dostať rýchlo a jednoducho.
Určite odporúčam každému, kto hľadá príjemné a spoľahlivé ubytovanie s výbornou dostupnosťou do mesta.
