Checking in and out was smooth, even though we arrived late in the evening. The neighbourhood is great - quiet, very green and it's easy to get to the city center. The flat itself is great too and has everything you might need for long-term stay. 100% would rent again.

The Landlord is an excellent host. She was always on call and responded immediately to my calls. Being my first time in Vienna, the landlord willingly managed my first logistics at my request - booking a taxi that took me straight to the apartment. The apartment is a neat clean cosy studio house fully equipped, situated next to the train station. I enjoyed privacy at this accommodation and was everything I would have ever wanted. I must mention the lady who welcomed me at the apartment - She is so warm with a very big heart.

The owner is wonderful, quickly answered all the questions. The house is good, after reconstruction. The apartment, which is decorated in the style of a loft, had everything you need. Housing is very well located geographically - near the metro, supermarkets and a fairly large park. However, the apartment is focused on the sunny side, it was very hot, there is no air conditioning, and the fan is very small and did not solve the problem. Also from 6 am very noisy - the second floor. However, this should not interfere with people who are absent at home during the daytime. Overall, solid 9.

Owners are very nice and communication with them was always really easy. If something was missing or didn't work, they always helped us. The apartment is very clean and comfy and The location is very good. Apartment is situated in a peaceful but lively area. Just a little minus is that sometimes there was some noise from the street, because the apartment is in the first (or second) floor. Even if you can hear the noise in the living room and in the kitchen, the bedroom is still quiet. Very big plus for the modern and clean kitchen and bathroom!

The accommodation was very good in general. Near tram station and with a great garden inside the building but the bed was not good and the shower cabin was too narrow for me. Otherwise, it was clean and safe and very practical.

The accomodation was of high quality and very modern. Near tram and other usefule facilities. However, the building itself was not that quiet especially during the night. The cooperation with landlord was great.

I stayed at Eva's place for 9 months. It was the perfect size for one person. It was decorated very beautifully and has a lovely view from the balcony. The house stays warm in winter as it has heating. In summer it can be a bit hot but Eva did have a fan to lend me if I needed it. Eva was always so kind to me - she always answered any problems I had very quickly and she always did her best to make sure that I was comfortable. The apartment is about 40 minutes to the city center with good public transport links. It a quieter neighborhood. Thanks for your hospitality, Eva!

Very pleasant and serviceminded owner. Good infrastructure, Augarten is right nearby and a good variety of groceryshops and such is readily available. Area is quiet and nice in evening. Apartment has all one needs.

Overall we were very satisfied with the apartment and the communication with the owner was always smooth, she helped with any issues that arose and was very friendly. The apartment is lovely and ideal for 2-4 people, nice kitchen, good water pressure, warm floors, and comfortable beds. Only minus is there isn't much sunlight, but that's perfect for sleeping. The location is pretty nice too, its 20min from the center and has a beautiful park next to it, as well as a Lidl, and a huge shopping center at a 10min walk away.

The apartment was in order and as shown in the pictures. The kitchen and the bathroom are in very good condition, the bed is a matter of taste. The communication with the landlord was flawless and very nice. If there was a problem, it was solved directly by the landlord. The house is quite noisy, which is especially true of a building site directly behind the house and directly in front of the windows of the apartment. The vacuum cleaner is defective, which makes cleaning much more difficult. But this problem may have been solved by now.

Perfect location, just 10 min walking from the Václavské náměstí. You can easily find shops, restaurants, bars, gym, yoga, etc. nearby. The owner is willing to help and make your experience better. I would definitely recommend this apartment.
