Mis compañeros y yo vivimos 4 meses por trabajo en esta propiedad y la sentimos como nuestro hogar. Es acogedora y tiene todo lo que os podáis imaginar y necesitar durante la estancia. El propietario es muy amable y responde muy rápido cuando se le necesita. El barrio es tranquilo y seguro. Sin duda repetiría si tuviera que volver a Bratislava. Gracias también a su hijo que nos ayudó en varias ocasiones. Son muy comprensivos y amables. Recomendable 100%

If you’ve been looking for an apartment in Lisbon, I suggest you stop looking and get this one before it’s gone! I just spent a month there and absolutely loved it. I had been to Lisbon several times, but never in the Graça neighborhood. It’s such a gem, and I would want to stay there again next time. From the apartment, it’s just 5 minutes to several bakeries, bistros, and grocery stores along the main road through Graça. It’s even closer to several wine bars and a great pizza place. And the cutest little Italian restaurant, L’Ape, is right outside the front door. In addition, you have Lisbon’s most beautiful viewpoint, Miradouro da Senhora do Monte, right across from the building, a busy gathering place for touristy Tuk-Tuks, but not noisy enough to bother you up on the 4th floor. You’ll want to go there for some pictures, but otherwise you’ll prefer to watch the most amazing sunsets from your west-facing terrace right above. Not to be outdone by the sunrises you get to watch from your east-facing terrace, the sun shining right into your bed as it rises (there are also roll-down shutters if you prefer it to be dark). You really cannot beat the views from this apartment. Yes, you’ll have to walk up 4 floors to get in and out as there’s no elevator, but I viewed that as a bonus for my daily exercise. Lisbon is not a place for one afraid of stairs! I also found that it was closer to everything than I thought. You can walk down to Rossio square in about 15 min, and up to the Bairro Alto from there. You’re also about 15 min from 2 different Metro stations, and there are buses and streetcars as well, even a funicular from the Graça viewpoint, which is arguably Lisbon’s 2nd most beautiful one, just 7 min from the flat. The apartment had everything that I needed to live in comfortably for a month, and you’ll be connected with a property manager via WhatsApp who is always available to help with any questions or issues. I’d also love to point out that opening both balcony doors provided great natural air conditioning, and I never once spotted a single mosquito or even a fly. And the city gets surprisingly quiet at night, so sleeping with the doors open is not a problem. I also discovered that the sofas are pull-outs, so I could have hosted an occasional visitor. I highly recommend this apartment for an extended stay and hope you’ll enjoy it as much as I did!

The room was spacious and very nicely set up for move in. The landlord was extremely helpful and responsive.

This was such a modern and well-equipped property and we had a great stay here! The owners were really responsive and welcoming, and even provide a nice welcoming gift. We really recommend staying here if you are in Porto!

We had a fantastic three-month stay at Lorenz's wonderful and spacious apartment, which boasts an incredible location. The apartment was incredibly well-equipped and perfectly situated: just a two-minute walk from two different metro lines with shops within easy walking distance, and close to the Danube River. However, upon arrival, we felt the apartment wasn't as clean as we'd hoped. We also found quite a few expired spices and other items, and the cupboards were initially cluttered. (These issues have since been resolved.) Despite this initial setback, Lorenz is an excellent host who was very quick to respond to messages and highly proactive in helping to resolve any problems we encountered.

István was a lovely host! The apartment is recently renovated and well-maintained with everything you might need during your stay. The location is also perfect, it is in a quiet spot yet close to several bus lines.

A quiet place close to tram and bus stops to the city center. Nearby there is a park and all necessary shops, including Lidl open on Sundays. The house is in good condition with new furniture and bathroom. Marin responds quickly and is always ready to help.

The place was well kept and I had everything I could need. Jana was very responsive. The neighbourhood was a bit on the rough edges, but I didn't really notice any noise or have any problem during my stay. The location is great(around 20 min on foot from the center) and you can grab a tram right across the main door that gets you straight to the main station if you are feeling lazy. Overall, a good choice for students/single workers wanting to spend some time in Brno.

The flat was spacious and well equipped. The shower in the ensuite does not drain well and at the time of our stay the call button on the street did not ring into the apartment. Be advised that the upstair neighbors are quite loud and seemingly have lead feet. Otherwise it was an excellent stay, well located close to transit, local shops and grocery.

Carol is a very receptive, communicative, and kind host. Campolide is very beautiful and traditionally local. The place is exceptionally clean and the neighbors are friendly.

Christian is a great host – it’s difficult to meet such a communicative and helpful owner. The apartment is stylish, comfortable, and has everything you might need. The location is perfect, with shops, public transport, and restaurants within walking distance. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly and was great for work too. The building has an elevator, so you won’t have to say a little prayer if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage, like I was. I hope I’ll have the chance to stay at Christian’s place again.

Celemu memu pobytu neni co vytknout a byla jsem maximalne spokojena. Lokalizace bytu kousek od Jiriho z Podebrad je velice vyhodna- jste brzy v centru, pokud chcete navstivit pamatky a v samotne ctvrti Vinohrady a Zizkov je nespocet moznosti nakupu, kavaren a restauraci. Komunikace s majitelkou byla velice prijemna a rychla, dokonce mi byl umoznen drivejsi check-in, takze jsem se po narocnem nocnim cestovani mohla ihned dopoledne ubytovat a odpocinout si. Byt sam o sobe je utulny, po renovaci a kompletne vybaveny- pracka, vysavac a uklizeci prostredky byly k dispozici. Take jsem ocenila dvojita okna, ktera dobre filtrovala pripadny hluk z ulice. Pri svem pristim pobytu v Praze toto ubytovani zajiste znova vyhledam.
