This beautiful apartment is a 5-minute walk from the lake, in a quiet neighbourhood with a 180-degree view over the lake and mountain panorama.

The apartment is decorated in a boho-chic style with abundant natural wood, high ceilings, herringbone parquet floors, marble bathrooms, plenty of natural light and lush plants throughout. It used to be a hotel during the Belle Époque.

Your own room is 15 sqm, with a single sofa bed, a separate sofa chair, a working table, a cupboard and a chest of drawers, and has direct access to the balcony. The room has its own private toilet and sink; the shower is shared.

There is a cozy living room with full yoga studio equipment, and a separate working room with a standing desk and a library corner, both available for your use.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, fridge oven and steamer. Washing machine and dryer are also available.

Breakfast included: specialty coffee, matcha or tea, fresh gluten-free banana bread and/or yoghurt and fruit.

A laser printer, 100 Mbit/s high-speed internet (upgradable on request for an additional charge) and a flipchart are available; a monitor can be provided on request.

Sheets, towels and toiletries are provided.

In this property, good vibes only - the place is known for its great energy, inspires creativity, and is perfect for a relaxing vacation or workation.

I work as a transformative coach & yoga teacher; sessions can be booked on demand. For bookings of 2 weeks or longer, a weekly complimentary 1-hour yoga, sound healing or breathwork session is included.

I live in the apartment together with my dog — a joyful companion. The space is therefore only suitable for dog-friendly guests who are not allergic to dogs.

The location is perfect for lake and mountain lovers who enjoy spending free time outdoors: 5-minute walk to the lake, 5-minute walk to the bus stop and train station, 30-minute drive to the nearest ski resort. Free street parking nearby with a "blue disc" (renewable); paid indoor parking available 12 minutes' walk away.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
