Hello everyone, my name is Nedo and I live in the most beautiful city in the world– Split!

I can describe myself as an open-minded, communicative, and warm person. My job takes me all around the world, which is something I deeply enjoy as it allows me to discover new cultures, learn about different traditions, and make lifelong friends. When I am back home, I cherish spending my free time with my family in nature. I am passionate about hiking and fishing, but above all, I love swimming and having fun with my grandchildren at one of the many beautiful beaches Split has to offer.

Over the years, we have had the absolute pleasure of hosting a diverse range of guests from all corners of the globe, including families, international students, and digital nomads who stay with us for months at a time. We always do our best to meet our guests' needs, accommodate special requests, and go the extra mile to ensure their stay is seamless. Our guests have consistently been highly satisfied with their stay. Great apartment for remote work with fast internet and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is very well equipped, and the owner is really friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Neighborhood
The apartment is located right in the city center, so everything is within easy reach. The only downside is the limited number of parking spaces.

I don’t like these kind of flats from the outside but the location is good.

Recommended places nearby
Dentist in Mall of Split which is in walking distance, about 25 minutes.
Yoga Studio One offers yoga and pilates. Walking distance about 30 minutes.
Maka maka acai & poke also in easy walking distance, about 5 or 10 minutes.

Everything was perfect ! the apartment is very well located in a quiet area and 15 minutes walk from everything. Transport and supermarkets are also right next door. In addition, the apartment is spacious, well lit and really well equipped, we had a wonderful stay in ERASMUS with my room partner
