This is a classic Panelak apartment that has been recently remodeled and well cared for. The apartment is owner occupied most of the year making a real treat to get the opportunity to rent. The neighborhood is Czech composed of young families and pensioners and includes a nice dog park and a basketball court. Noise level was moderate to lower that expected. Well serviced from the Invalidova transportation hub of trams and the metro station.

The place is very nice, and in a good localisation. The landlady is also very nice. It has all kind of facilities. Overall I had a wonderful stay.

Really enjoyed the stay at Anna’s apartment. She has thought of everything and it really feels like a home. The apartment is great, nicely decorated, clean and had all the utilities you need. The communication was super easy and quick. Would definitely recommend to stay there!

Ana was an excellent hostess and helped us with everything we needed.
The apartment was located in a very quiet area and very well connected to the center by subway and tram.

The apartment was great and had everything you could need. It was also in a good area, about a 5-minute walk to the metro and tram stop as well as a grocery store. I did have a little trouble communicating with the host but it all worked out.

Bydleni v pronajtem byte bylo velice prijemne, byt je prostorny, svetly a cisty a velice dobre prostorove reseny. Okolni prostredi je idealni pro relax, protoze je tam klid.. Pani majitelka je moc prijemna a vzdy rychle vyresila vse, co jsme od ni potrebovali. Byt doporucuji :)

Majitelka moc prijemna, napomocna a ochotna. Byt a zarizeni je stylove vcetne nadhernych gobelinu na stenach. Kuchyn skvela na vareni. V byte pracka. Jen v byte bylo horko, ale pani hned donesla velky fen!!! Za mne doporucuji.

Byt je příjemný a skvěle umístěný. Hned za rohem zastávka metra a několika tramvají, Nicméně v létě nebo v horkých dnech se umí byt rozpálit na velmi vysoké teploty. Majitelka velmi milá. Vše bez problémů.
