Amazing location and professional landlord, you have everything you’d need around you.

Neighborhood
Very safe, tram station 3 minutes walking distance away and also Albert supermarket.
There are also a bunch of restaurants in the area.

I lived here almost four months. Apartment is really nice, well equipment and in excellent location. Quiet and cosy place to stay. Landlord is living nextdoor and always helping if needed. I definitely would stay again in this apartment.

Paní majitelka byla od počátku velice vstřícná a nápomocná. Byt je ve vynikajícím stavu, nechybí zde vůbec nic, všechno nadstandard (např. podlahové vytápění, spousty ručníků a povlečení, výběr z mnoha TV kanálů i zahraničních). Možnost využití terasy bylo báječné. S pobytem jsme byli velice spokojeni a vřele tento byt i lokalitu doporučujeme.

Jeans flat is just as described. He was always available if we needed him. We locked ourselves out of the flat one day and he was there quickly to help us. Nice neighborhood and close to all. This is a lower level flat so just be aware your ceiling is your neighbors floor but we would gladly rent again

Perfektně připravený a velmi čistý byt na skvělé adrese. Je znát, že hostitel myslí na pohodlí svých hostů (mnoho drobných pozitivních detailů). Vstřícní a milí majitelé. Skvělá zkušenost, doporučuji i přes to, že riskuji, že už tam bude pořád obsazeno :-)
