A positive experience with the place, which is located close to the airport and a short ride on tram to the city centre. Mr. Kubes is very responsive to any inquiries you might have. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Prague for leisure or business on budget and still wanting to have the private experience of living in an apartment rather than a hotel or hostel. A nice apartment with all one might need, seemed recently reconstructed, conveniently located with great connection to the city centre yet close to nature. Kitchen was well-equipped and the small touches like dishsoap, dishtowel and others were a truly appreciated. Zero problem with communication, check-in and check-out too.

Ubytování doporučuji. Obzvláště v tropických letních teplotách je suterénní byt skvělá volba. Byt po rekonstrukci, vše nové, čisté, byt bez vlhkosti. Lokalita perfektní. Večerka v ulici, Lidl tramvají v OC Bořislavka. V létě fantastické koupání na koupališti v Divoké Šárce. Ulice je klidná a tichá. Majitel komunikativní, vše v pořádku.

Tichá ulice , v okolí stará vilová zástavba, ale i vkusné novostavby. Okrajová část obce Liboc. (nyní součást hl.m. Prahy). Jen pár kroků od rušné Evropské ulice, ale úplně jiný svět.

We had a really lovely time at this apartment. It is in a really calm street, surrounded by lots of nature nearby. Public transport is also super close. I definitely reccommend it!

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. The location was very convenient, with a tram just a few minutes’ walk away and only three stops to the metro, making it very easy to get around the city.

There were a few small things that came up during the stay - the host was always approachable, positive, and very helpful, which made everything easy to sort out.

Overall, a comfortable and well-located place, and I would be happy to recommend it.

The house was located in a convenient and quiet area. There are nice cafes, parks, and a gym close by. There are house had everything we needed to feel at home for 3 months. We would stay here again!

I absolutely love the place. A basement studio with a separate bathroom. It has been recently renovated and it includes a washer dryer combo. Ideal for 1 or 2 people. The landlord was extremely easy to deal with, always contactable. I didn't have any issues with the apartment The location is ideal for access to the airport and the rest of Prague. I worked at the airport at odd hours and it was always easy to find a ride to and from there. It was a 5 minute walk to the 191 bus or to catch the 59 bus to the airport or the 20 or 26 tram to the city. Tram 20 was great for trips to Prague castle or Andel. I would highly recommend even if you want to explore Prague as the transit connections are superb. There is a small grocery/convenience store up the street and several great restaurant/dining options nearby.

Very friendly urban neighborhood. There is a huge park within walking distance with a driving range a kids dinosaur park and a swimming pool. There was a children's playground and small park area within a 2 minute walk

There is a shopping mall at Borislavka transit stop and you can connect to the A underground metro. There is also a gym at Sport Centrum Evropska. There is also a shopping Mall near the Airport called OC Sestka. Accessible by the 191 bus or the 59 bus.

We stayed at the apartment for a month and felt right at home. The apartment is new and well equipped. Jiri is a great host, he was very responsive and considerate throughout our stay.

Good host, nice and helpful

Perfect apartment for a comfortable stay. The landlord is very helpful at all times and quite welcoming. The apartment is located in close proximity of direct tram connections to the city center. The location is good. Apartment was well equipped with everything. Only thing is that since it is located in the basement, you will not understand if it's day outside until you step out.

Úžasná klidná lokalita. Blízko bytu se nachází parky a zeleň. Majitel velmi vstřícný a nápomocný. Mohu vřele doporučit.

Úplne nádherná lokalita - budete sa cítiť ako na prázdninách u babičky na dedine :) Všade zeleň, blízko krásny park Divoká šárka. Jediné dva mínusy - chýbajúca práčka a pre mňa príliš veľká dojazdová vzdialenosť do práce. Inak určite odporúčam.
