Very good apartment in a good neighborhood. We chose this apartment because it was large enough for an extended stay, but we were worried that the 15 to 20 minute walk to the center might be too much. In the end we found that there was a bus that went every 10 minutes to the center and also that the immediate neighborhood had excellent restaurants, Sidrerias, cafes and more than adequate grocery stores. The owners were very nice and the apartment was very functional and tastefully furnished. There was also something I liked about being away from the hustle of the center. We would probably try to get the same apartment if we come back.

Neighborhood
A lively sub-neighborhood of Oviedo. Lots of restaurants, stores and cafes, but quieter than the downtown area.

Recommended places nearby
A few of the restaurants in the area compete for the best Pote Asturianas in Oviedo and win. Some excellent Sidrerias also. Ask the locals.

We had a great stay. The host was amazing - always available, kind, and quick to sort out anything that popped up. The apartment was spotless, with crisp white sheets and fluffy white towels that felt hotel-level. Big plus: super comfortable pillows and mattresses. The place has everything you need for day-to-day living, and the location is convenient: close to the center but on a quiet street. Would happily stay again.

Сlose to the center but on a quiet street. Many restaurants in 30-60 sec by foot from the house and all kinds of supermarkets 5 mins by foot.
