We rented this lovely flat for three months as we prepared to move from Prague to Abu Dhabi. The location is perfect, right next to Park Klamovka and within 10 minutes of Andel and the Novy Smichov shopping center. Our villa for the last 5 years was only one block away and this entire area is one of our favorites in all of Prague.
Our host was exceptional, kind and responsive. He has created a truly comfortable home away from home and I can't recommend enough not only the location and the apartment itself, but also our host. If you're looking for somewhere quiet yet super well connected, this is absolutely the place to stay.
Everything about our process from booking to checking in/out went smoothly. There were no surprises and I felt well cared for during our entire stay. You'll love it! =)
Neighborhood
This is a quiet First Republic neighborhood full of suburban style streets with large villas. The apartments were recently constructed next to one of the nicest parks in all of Prague, but it is only a 5 minute walk to major tram lines. 10 minutes to Andel and the metro lines, 25 minutes to Old Town. It's perfect!

Park Klamovka has a great restaurant inside that serves tank Pilsner. They often run community events and concerts where the neighborhood turns out for music, grilled sausages and beer. It's our favorite vibe! The Novy Smichov shopping center has a mall, 2 movie theaters, book stores, restaurants, etc. Beer Time, Andelsky Pivovar, Andelsky Restaurace, and so many more. Plus you're so close to the heart of Prague!

My stay at the apartment was very nice, outstanding location, beautiful views from the living room, the building his self it’s outstanding in every aspect , as the apartment is self. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone .

L'appartamento è nuovo e risponde perfettamente all'annuncio. Molto funzionale e luminoso grazie alle grandi vetrate nel soggiorno da cui si può ammirare una bella vista sul parco Klamovka. Molto ben collegato al centro della città del resto si sa che i trasporti a Praga sono uno dei punti di forza della città! Comunicazione con Host semplice ed efficace. Raccomandiamo questo appartamento per soggiorno a Praga.

Velmi doporučuji!!! Nádherné ubytování v blízkosti centra Prahy u krásného parku a v tiché ulici! Supermoderní byt zařízený designerem s veškerými vymoženostmi jako je rekuperace, rychlý internet, obrovská televize, fantastický výhled z terasy. Pan majitel je velmi přátelský gentleman, pomůže, poradí a doporučí skvělá místa, která si nechcete nechat ujít. Kdykoliv jsme se na něj mohli obrátit a se vším vždy ochotně pomohl. Rezervovali jsme přes jinou platformu a vše proběhlo naprosto perfektně. Byt je v pěší vzdálenosti od centra města a řeky Vltavy, v okolí jsou skvělé restaurace, kavárny i bary, 4 min tramvají i obrovské nákupní centrum. Moderní krásná voňavá novostavba. Parkovací místo v podzemní garáži, kam mají přístup pouze další majitelé z objektu. Cítili jsme se u pana majitele jako v luxusním hotelu a rozhodně přijedeme znovu!!!
Kind and understanding
Ubytování u pana Silvestra bylo naprosto skvělé! Od prvního kontaktu až po odjezd bylo všechno perfektně zorganizované. Silvestr je velmi milý a ochotný majitel, který se opravdu stará o pohodlí svých hostů. Pokoj byl čistý, útulný a přesně odpovídal popisu. Musím zmínít skvělou a klidnou lokalitu a příjemné prostředí kolem parku.
Určitě se sem rádi vrátíme – můžeme jen doporučit!
