I'm Georg a more than 20 years experienced talent manager for intern. rising actors and executive producer for film production.

I lived in this wonderful house since 10.2025 - but I figured out that my idea did n't work and not much of my Berlin friends (where I lived for nearly 35 years) came to visit me in Algarve) because of many reasons but also because I'm to much away (I work often from intern. Film Festivals) so such a big house is simply not right to have for me.

That's why I decided to find a small apartment somewhere near by - which suits my life's needs better.

That's the only reason why I want to move out of this place which inspired a few movie ideas - because the place / house is incredible beautiful, quite and inspiring.

On top - Ana the property's landlord is very very much behind everything about the house, Pool, Green ecetera.

Ana is willing to rent the house for long term

The nearest shopping areas - 6km / Estoi (with this epic Pousada) and 7km / Sao Bras de Alportel with great health care options.

There is two possible ways to rent this house -
1.) including pool cleaning and garden work - 2.000 € & 2.) without 1.850 €
