Very good and clean. House was at perfect condition, there is everything what's needed for living and even more: camping stuff, tourist stuff, all the dishes. Very comfortable, especially to have a breakfast in automatically watered vertical garden, which keep the house in shade, so it's not hot over there.
Special words deserves the creativity arts of Katila's house. It's just a masterpiece, another one free museum of modern art right inside your room.
Also She bought for me and my wife some food and froots, because we were arriving late at night. She met us at 11pm, show all of the house, kindly and proper way. So it's the best host I've ever found. Community is a power, thank you flatio for helping.
But don't do shit, respect her and her apartment, she is very trustful.

Amazing location near the centre in quiet neighbourhood. The flat is incredibly functional and well designed. Katila, is an amazing host, she is reactive by message and welcoming. You feel at home instantly, we had a wonderful stay.

Note: The neighbour is quite particular and will not hesitate to complain for noise made in the patio during the evening (past 9:00 PM).

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Katila was an amazing host – she kindly accommodated our late arrival due to a delayed flight, which we appreciated so much. The apartment itself is incredibly cozy, with so many charming details that you can spend hours admiring every little corner. The shower was fantastic, with great water pressure, and everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully kept.

One of the highlights was the private little garden, such a lovely and peaceful place to relax. To our surprise, Katila even bought some groceries for us so we could have a snack after the flight. That was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture! I’ve truly never experienced this level of care and hospitality before.

Also the location of the villa is great!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better host. Highly recommended! 🌿✨

Awesome location, great apartment with a very pretty patio. It was a 5 minute walk to many good spots in the neighborhood, yet is still situated in a quiet pocket of Lisbon. Katila was very welcoming and ready to help with any questions at any time.

Katila was super nice and helpful, not only sending us info about cool places to visit in Lisbon, but also buying us the basics like eggs and cheese since we had a late night arrival. Moreover, I texted her not to buy bread at all since I’m gluten free and she bought gluten free bread instead, I actually feel so heard!!! We‘re beyond grateful. The apartment itself was clean and had everything you need. The patio was also a cool spot to have breakfast in when the weather was nice.

The apartment is a bit small but very nice, it has two desks and comfortable chairs to work, the kitchen has all you need, the bed is comfortable and the patio is beautiful. I had some issues but Katila helped to solve them quickly. I recommend it!

Vila candida is local and quiet. The street outside a bit more noisy (but you can't hear from the apartment) and it has all the services you need (supermarket, pharmacy, cafes, gym etc).

Very lovely flat is well renovated and in walking distance to metro and bus. The residence is calm at night and there no big airplane noise. The owner is very nice and helpful. I recommend this flate. 👍

Katila's apartment was the perfect stay for a 2 week working trip to Lisbon. The apartment is a great size for a couple and the backyard is spectacular, full of plants, making it a great place to sit and enjoy breakfast or to use it as an outdoor office. The location was great too, located close to the vibrant neighborhood of Graca. We got to experience a slice of what real Lisbon life is like. We'd gladly stay at Katila's again.
