Our lovely home is located on a small quiet street in the perfect center of Sofia - one minute away from The National Theater Ivan Vazov, The city garden, The Royal palace, National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria , The Presidency , etc. All the major attractions are in a walking distance, that makes our place the perfect base for exploring Sofia.

Our newly renovated apartment is completely equipped with everything to make a pleasant stay ( utilities, wifi, TV, coffee machine, etc. ). The apartment consists of 1 cozy bedroom with TV and A/C, a living and dining room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet room. There is also a balcony with a city view- great for a coffee and smoker friendly.

Our place is located in the heart of the city, only 300m away is The National Assambly, 400m away from the second-largest cathedral located on the Balkan Peninsula - the St. Alexander Nevsky Cathedral and 500m away fromThe National Theater Ivan Vazov, . It will take you less than 5 minutes by walk to reach the main pedestrian zone - Vitosha bld, The Presidency, etc. The apartment is surrounded by museums, galleries, restaurants, bars and other places of interest the Capital has to offer. The area is very safe and is in a walking distance from all the iconic places you should visit

Sofia University Metrostation is a 3 minutes walk from the apartament. Being in the top center of Sofia, allows you to go by walk to all attractions, bars and restaurants. Parking in the street is free between 7:30 pm and 8:30 am; between 8:30 am and 7:30 pm it is possible for a maximum of 2 hours - 1 Euro/hour; Taxis in Sofia are really cheap; The Metro is connected to the Sofia Airport.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
