I am offering a beautiful, bright, and spacious duplex apartment (3+kk) with a total area of 87 m², located in a peaceful villa neighborhood surrounded by gardens.

Excellent transport accessibility – just a 7-minute walk from Skalka metro station, 10 minutes from Strašnická, and only 15 minutes to the city center. Nearby you will also find tram stops for lines 22 and 26, as well as bus connections.

The garden around the house is not accessible for use.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement.
