Unlike the mobile routers common along the coast, this hardwired cable connection guarantees rock-solid stability and smooth HD video conferencing regardless of the weather on the Peninsula.

Master Bedroom: A comfortable double bed and spacious built-in wardrobes - an electronics-free zone dedicated exclusively to rest and sleep.

The apartment is located in a green area of Jastarnia, just 250 meters from the wide, sandy open-sea beach - reaching the beach takes only a 4–5 minute walk. In autumn and winter, the Hel Peninsula offers a peaceful retreat from city noise: no crowds, iodine-rich air, the sound of waves, and empty cycling paths stretching along the bay.
Full Year-Round Infrastructure:
Everyday Shopping (walking distance): Within approx. 500 meters, you will find year-round local grocery and convenience stores stocked with all daily essentials, as well as a bakery and a pharmacy.

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

Friendly (7-days)
If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.

If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
