Pasaporte o documento de identidad en vigor.
Itinerario de viaje o billetes de transporte que muestren claramente las fechas de entrada y salida.
Documento que acredite año sabático, licencia sin sueldo o baja por enfermedad (si aplica).
Visado de turista en vigor (para residentes de fuera de la UE, cuando sea necesario para estancias de hasta 3 meses).
Certificado de empadronamiento o documento que acredite la residencia habitual en la ciudad/país de origen.
Extractos bancarios recientes que demuestren fondos suficientes para cubrir la estancia.
Declaración firmada por el huésped (se la enviaremos para su cumplimentación y firma) indicando expresamente que el uso del apartamento será exclusivamente con fines vacacionales/turísticos y no constituirá su residencia habitual.

How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
