The space:
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a stately building with elevator in a historic and very quiet street (Trinitarians Street) and can accommodate 4 adults and 1 or 2 children, depending on the age.
The space of 160 square meters has a spacious living-dining room with balconies facing the street, an office and / or exercise room, a fully equipped kitchen, two complete bathrooms (one of them en suite) and two bedrooms.
The spacious and bright living-dining room, one of the jewels of the house, is a quiet space. It has a fireplace (unfortunately not operational), a dining table with 4 chairs, a Samsung flat screen Smart TV and a comfortable 4-seater sofa. This is the ideal place to rest. This area has plenty of natural light and opens to 4 small balconies facing the street.
In the office and / or exercise room, you'll find a large desk and ergonomic chair, and space for your daily exercise or yoga sessions. The desk is a desk for standing or sitting use with a button to adjust the height. Yoga mats and some basic training equipment are available in the wardrobe (2 kg / 7.5 kg / 15 kg dumbbells, 7 kg medicine ball and a large balance ball).
In the modern, fully equipped kitchen, you will find everything you may need to prepare your meals: professional quality knives / pots / pans, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, crockery, large oven, large gas cooker/ hob, American style fridge / freezer blender, French press coffee maker and hand grinder, electric kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker and microwave.
There are two full bathrooms (one of them is 'en suite'), with shower in each of them. Toiletries such as shower gel/ shampoo and hair dryer are provided.
In the master bedroom there is a comfortable king size bed (180x200 cm) to ensure a good rest and a wardrobe with more than enough space for clothes and luggage.
The second bedroom has two single beds for children (90x190 cm each. It can be stored one below the other) and a comfortable folding sofa that becomes a double bed (160 x 200 cm). Comes with a very comfortable mattress cover. A travel cot with an extra cot mattress is also available.
Towels and bedding are also provided.
HIGH-SPEED WIFI internet connection (600 MB fiber optic broadband) will allow you to stay connected or work, should you need it.
The apartment has a central air conditioning and heating system of 2 zones.

Other important aspects:- SEASONAL RENTAL ONLY: Stays longer than 10 nights will be considered seasonal rentals, subject to the signing of a seasonal lease agreement, with no tourist, vacation, or leisure purpose, in accordance with Article 3 of the Spanish Urban Leases Act (LAU).
- For stays longer than 28 days, the expenses (water and electricity) are included up to a monthly 150€ limit, which is a wide range for being very comfortable. The tenant will assume paying the difference above this limit. In order to do a responsible use, the ideal temperature for AC will be 24–26 ºC in summer and 19–21 ºC in winter.
- The apartment will be supplied with a few basic essentials to make your first days more comfortable. Once these initial items are used, any additional purchases or restocking will be the guest’s responsibility.
- If you’re arriving by car, please note that private vehicles are not allowed in the historic center. You’ll need to park your car in one of the nearby public parking facilities.
