Sharing the common areas with the owner, a 37yr old young Portuguese who lived abroad for most of his adult life (Finland, U.K., Dubai and Qatar), is clean, tidy and respectful of your space, but who also is sociable and loves to cook and entertain.

Double glazed windows, heating in every room, towel heater in the bathroom. Bed linens and towels are also provided.

If you know Portugal houses, and you've been to Lisbon before, you will know a common complaint is the cold inside the homes. Not at mine, I invested in insulation and have heating throughout the house, so you will appreciate that you won't be cold, and the all the bills are included.

Located 5 mins. walk from Olaias metro station. Same distance there are groceries, cafés, a take-away restaurant and other amenities like Mercado Alfacinha, dry cleaning, tailor, etc... Vodafone 500Mbs wifi/flatscreen HD smartTV with over 150 channels.
Rent includes all bills, water and internet and electricity bill, including all heating you need.

Olaias is a quiet neighbourhood but centrally and conveniently located in the Airport red line. It is also home to one of Europe's most impressive metro stations according to CNN.
Within 3 metro stops you can connect to the remaining 3 metro lines:
1 stop from Alameda (green line)
2 stops from Saldanha (yellow line)
3 stops from São Sebastião (blue line)

Which means from here you can easily access most places in Lisbon by public transport or simply by walking from here to Alameda (10mins walk), Graça viewpoints (20mins walk), Anjos (20mins walk), Rossio (30mins walk).
