L'appartement est clair et spacieux et transversale avec le séjour et cuisine côté sud-ouest et la chambre au nord, j'ai beaucoup aimé profiter du balcon avec vue sur la mer le soleil pour le petit déjeuner et le déjeuner , et les nombreux équipements dans la cuisine et une vaisselle impeccable , une literie de qualité , le chauffage clim fonctionne très bien , la proximité du centre seulement à 30 minutes à pied en longeant la mer mais il y a aussi un bus pour 1 € qui rejoint le centre, il y a aussi 3 restaurants poissons et fruits de mer à toute proximité de l'appartement et vous pouvez rejoindre la plage de Saint-Roque qui a du sable à 15 minutes à pied, donc oui je recommande cet appartement il est très agréable et très bien placé, pour ceux qui auront une voiture il est facile de stationner dans la petite place en face

After half a year of living here, I must say that I was extremely satisfied. If I didn't have a job in the Czech Republic, I would have loved to stay here, because I like the Azores and the life here suits me very much. After half a year of living here, I can say that the apartment is extremely practical for living, it is spacious, well-ventilated, with windows and air conditioning on the sides, and in cold weather you can reliably heat with air conditioning. The apartment is equipped with premium BOSCH appliances. The landlord offers a change of linen and towels. The location of the apartment is strategic, about 150m on each side there is a city bus stop and a short distance on the waterfront is the main stop for intercity lines. There are many shops all around, especially groceries. Finally, it is my honor and pleasure to thank Mr. Paulo Silveira for his great advice and impeccable support during my six-month stay. After six months of living here, I absolutely recommend this exceptional accommodation.

The service is good and it offers security, the fees are quite expensive each month which adds up for longer-term rentals and reduces the chance I'll use it again.

Why payment in BTC/Crypto outside countries using the Euro isn't possible? That makes no sense. The payment limit of 1000€ when paying with BC was a bit annoying and stops me from renting higher class apartments in the future. More countries and more appartments needed.
