👋 Hello! I’m Håvard – your host at Norse Horizon

Since 2016, I’ve had the pleasure of welcoming guests to Tau and sharing my love for the natural beauty of Ryfylke. My journey in hospitality began with our family-run villa by the sea, and has grown into Norse Horizon – a modern, comfortable apartment with stunning views of the fjord and the Stavanger skyline.

Norse Horizon is designed with longer stays in mind. Whether you're working remotely, on a professional assignment, or relocating to the region, you'll find everything you need: high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, luxurious bedding, and a peaceful atmosphere.

I take pride in the small details that make your stay feel like home – from crisp white linens to complimentary tea and coffee. While I don’t provide meals, I encourage you to explore the local food scene or cook your own in the apartment’s kitchen.

Tau offers excellent public transport, with direct buses to Stavanger, Forus, the University of Stavanger, and the hospital, as well as a fast boat and easy access to Ryfylke via the Ryfast tunnel. Norse Horizon is the perfect base for both work and leisure.
