Hello! My name is Elena. I rent out two private rooms in my cozy three-bedroom apartment in Palma. The bathroom is shared only between the guests of these two rooms (maximum 3 people), and the kitchen is also available for shared use.

The apartment is located in one of the central areas of Palma, within walking distance of landmarks, bars, restaurants, fitness centers, the sea, and public transport stops. A large supermarket is right in the same building, and it offers free parking for one hour — very convenient for unloading luggage or shopping.

I work remotely from my own room, and sometimes my daughter visits — she also works remotely. Most of the time, the apartment is quiet and peaceful.

A few important notes:

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

Parties are not permitted. If you would like to host a small gathering, please ask me in advance.

Pets are not allowed.

The apartment has Wi-Fi. Guests are welcome to ask me for tips on what to visit, where to eat, or how to get around the city — I am always happy to help.

I love cleanliness and order and expect the same from my guests.
I would be happy if you speak Spanish, as I am currently learning and it would help me practice — but this is not a requirement. I am also comfortable communicating via a translator.
