Enjoy Budapest in this sunny, modern, easy-to-reach flat located in Budapest in a safety, friendly and quiet neighborhood. The Margaret Island, Heroes' Square and the downtown is 20min far by bus. This flat offers a spacious 14m² balcony, complete with a motorized shade, a comfortable outdoor table and chairs. The building has a shared courtyard.
Inside, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, and freezer. The bedroom includes a generous double bed (180x200cm). The living room has a cozy sofa that can be converted into an additional bed (200x160cm). Bed linens and towels are provided. A dedicated working desk ensures a productive environment for remote work or study.
The air conditioner can be used for both cooling and heating as well as there is a district heating system.
All the equipment and amenities indicated in the description can be found and functionate perfectly.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or in the shared courtyard!
The apartment also includes an exercise bike.
A bicycle can be provided upon request.
The building has its own garage where there is an opportunity to rent a parking slot (approx. 40 EUR/month).
The distances to the important places in the description are measured by walking or by public transport.
There are various means of public transport nearby, including metro, buses and tram. I can give you detailed information about it.
The two screens on the working desk, which can be seen on the photos of the living room, are not part of the flat although if you need them, we can discuss it.

Once you send a booking request, the host is notified that you are interested in their listing. From that moment, they have 24 hours to approve or reject your booking.

While arranging a contract on Flatio, you do not have to worry that it could be disadvantageous for you. Our contracts are made so that we avoid all problems! All of them are the same, used by all the hosts on Flatio.
Your time is precious. That's why we've added a virtual tour option to our platform so you can see some of the rentals listed on Flatio from the comfort of your own home.
If a virtual tour isn't available for the accommodation you've chosen, you can contact the host and ask them if they're willing to give you a personal tour of the rental unit.
In the event that you move in and the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on Flatio, let us know as soon as possible!

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.
Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
Do you have an approved booking and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your booking, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of the entire first rent.
If you cancel your booking up to 14 days before the move-in date, you’ll get a refund of half of the first rent.

The service fee is always refundable.
If you send a message to Flatio's Support Team requesting cancelation of the booking ("termination from the start date") within 48 hours after the lease agreement becomes valid, you're entitled to get back all the money you paid for the service fee.
After 48 hours, you're entitled to a refund of the service fee in the form of a "voucher" equal to the amount of the service fee you paid. The voucher can be used for your next booking and is valid for 12 months. If the service fee for your next booking is lower than the voucher amount, we'll issue you a new voucher for the remaining amount, valid for 12 months.
