All the modern comfort is surrounded by an exciting past to discover in the ancient typewriters, fans, radios or maps. Located in a quiet 4th floor (without lift), in one of the most central, picturesque and safe neighbourhoods, you will be close to everything that matters in Lisbon. Here you can truly rest. In just a 2 minutes’ walk, you will be in the Amoreiras Garden, one secret Lisbon lovers know best. Have breakfast, read a newspaper or just relax under the shadow of the trees and the eighteenth century aqueduct marble columns.Guest accessThe house will be yours. Besides the terrace (with parasol umbrella) and the library, the apartment has wireless free internet, wardrobes in both bedrooms, cable TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and all necessary kitchenware and utensils.Other things to noteI do not ask for any security deposit. I have had excellent experiences with our guests, who truly have treated our home as their own.The apartment has two bedrooms. I am not counting on the division above I call "tree house", because it is too low for an adult can walk there.City tax of 1Eur./person/night up to a maximum of 7 Eur./person.
