Super nice apartment no matter what the purpose of your stay in Budapest is. A bunch of opportunities to go out right around the corner, while at the same time being quiet enough to be able to study and work. Eszter was great and an awesome host, always available whenever I had any questions. Looking forward to come back one day.
Neighborhood
There is a high school across the street. I never really had any encounters with neighbors and the people living around the apartment, which can be seen as a positive.

Super nice apartment no matter what the purpose of your stay in Budapest is. A bunch of opportunities to go out right around the corner, while at the same time being quiet enough to be able to study and work. Wonderful, cute and super clean little studio flat with all necessary amenities, even in the kitchen for cooking, there is high speed wifi, huge TV, a washing machine, iron, safe etc. There is an AC and windows for fresh air which are essential especially during the hot, stuffy Hungarian summer. It felt very safe and secure and perfectly centrally located which is a key factor in getting around with public transportation. I loved the design in the bathrooms, very pretty and simple. It is a very loud street of downtown Budapest and since this room is the ground level not only the loud street noise, but people’s cigarette smoke comes through the windows when they are open. The shade curtain is just a tiny bit too small to block out the light on the windows but they look great and match the interior decor. Overall, I give a 10/10 rating, I totally recommend this nicely decorated and fun studio flat for one or two people and I would return myself.

Eszter is a great person, always available for any doubt or issue. Her apartment is really comfy with a great location, close to farmcacy, markets, train station. The price is totally worth it.
