Flat for rent - บูดาเปสต์

A fully renovated, very nice and trendy art deco flat is available for rent in the Castle district of Budapest. Its location is superb, close to the famous Chain Bridge, the metro line nr 2 (Batthyany ter) and numerous bus and tram lines have a stop on Clark Adam square.
This means you are literally in the heart of Budapest and you can get anywhere in 30-45 minutes depending on distance. However, the flat is in a quiet side street so it is a peaceful island near to the fizzy downtown attractions.

As the first district is quite popular within Budapest, there are a lot of restos and bars in 2 minutes walk, and there are 3 spas in the neighborhood. The Castle and Fisherman’s Bastion are 300 meters away from the flat, so if you are interested in cultural sights, you are at the right place, too.

The flat is fully furnished and equipped. There is TV, wifi and a Nespresso machine in the kitchen. We have 3 independent bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 small shower so that it is very pleasant to share with other people.

Minimum stay is 3 months. I need a deposit of 2 months.

The apartman was cosy and homely, well furnitured (you have absolutely everthing you need), situated in the gorgeous downtown area where, you can admire the stunning old buildings with a good coffee or attend a party in a ship. Rita has been a really great landlord, she was reliable, thoughtful and kind.

Really quite and peaceful neighborhood with great public transport and lots of opportunity to have a great time.

If you want to learn about hungarian history and culture you must visit the Buda Castle, The Parliament, The Terror house. You can chill in the Margaret Island or you can party in the Morrison's or one of the many party ship.

Rita has been a great landlord! She was always super helpful and friendly. The apartment is in great shape and is situated in a beautiful and safe area with good public transportation options and close proximity to nature (despite being the city center).

Neighborhood
The neighbourhood is close too many sightseeing sites which means that it is very clean and well taken care of. There is also a lot of nice parks nearby.

Hello my name is Rita. I work as a freelance innovation consultant.
Currently I am living abroad with my family, that's why I offer to rent our flat. It has an excellent location, just close to everything (parks, restos, bars, shopping malls), yet it is in a more quiet street close to downtown.

Previously, I often had to move in foreign countries, and it was aIways quite cumbersome to start a new life. So renting my own, I made my best efforts to renovate and equip the flat with everything one might need starting a new life in a foreign country - even if for a short(er) while :)
It is fully equipped with furnitures, bed linen, bathroom and kitchen utensils.

In the monthly rental you have everything included, also internet and common costs.

I am a kind, communicative person and I am always looking forward to meeting new people. Even if I am not at hand I have always someone to take care of the guests.
