Sunny, modern, and comfortable apartment. Ideal for couples with children or friends. The apartment is well equipped and has everything for good holidays: TV, air conditioner, one double bed, sofa, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, etc.
The building has a courtyard with a fountain and benches.
You will live 10 minutes from the National Museum and Wenceslas Square. Also nearby apartments are grocery stores, restaurants, and the metro/tram station Pavlova.
The apartment is well equipped and has a separate bedroom, a living room with TV, washing machine, safe etc. The comprehensively equipped apartment offers everything necessary for cooking and comfortable living.
The building has a courtyard with a fountain and benches.
A good connection with the city center and a nice location make the apartment ideal for sightseeing:
1) 10 minutes by foot to the Wenceslas Square
2) 2-minute walk to subway and tram station I.P. Pavlova. Here stops the popular tram 22, which goes through the many sightseeing of Prague: Vinohrady quarter to the New Town, passing by the National Theatre, crossing the river Vltava to Mala Strana (the Lesser Town), and continuing up to the Prague Castle.

Byt odpovídal popisu, je příjemný a světlý. Některé části nábytku, zejména v koupelně byli mírně poškozené vlhkostí, ale nic zásadního. Hodnotím deseti body, protože opravdu vše odpovídalo popisu. I komunikace s majitelkou byla bezproblémová. Když byl nějaký problém, např. havárie u vodáren v dodávce vody, ihned jsem o tom od majitelky dostala zprávu. Nemám, co bych vytkla.

Neighborhood
Jedná se o poměrně rušnou část města, protože je v blízkosti magistrála. Přímo u domu není zeleň a hůře se tady parkuje, protože je umístěn ve slepé ulici. Je to ale všude kousek, pěšky v centru jste za 15-20minut, max.10 minut pohodové chůze je to na metro a tramvaj.

How can I cancel my booking?

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement.
