Villa Sunset – A Private Haven for Digital Nomads & Families

Villa Sunset, a charming three-level, 214m² stone house in the traditional Mani style, is the perfect retreat for digital nomads seeking privacy and high-speed internet. With Starlink connectivity offering speeds of 250-300 Mbps, you can work seamlessly from paradise while enjoying breathtaking views.

Set on a 4000m² plot adorned with olive, citrus, and fig trees, the villa boasts a very large and impressive private pool (5x10 meters), surrounded by lush lawns for ultimate relaxation.

The main house features a classic living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen, leading to a covered terrace with stunning panoramic views of the Messinian Gulf. Three bedrooms, including a master with an en-suite bathroom, ensure comfortable accommodations. A utility room is available on the ground floor.

For additional space, a separate 71m² apartment on the pool level accommodates up to five guests. It includes a double bedroom, twin bedroom, sitting area, open-plan kitchen, and bathroom, making it ideal for extended stays or hosting friends.

Perfect for large families, remote workers, or reunions, Villa Sunset provides a peaceful yet connected lifestyle. Stoupa's sandy beaches and tavernas are just a 10-minute drive away, while local Tavernas, a restaurant and mini-market are within walking distance. Cleaning services are available on request, and the pool operates from mid-April to mid-October.

Together with my housband Vangelis, we've been renting out Villa Sunset since 2019, and it's been a wonderful experience. We truly enjoy meeting interesting people from all over the world and sharing this beautiful place with them. How can I cancel my booking?

How you can cancel a booking varies depending on what stage the booking is in.

Is your booking request still waiting for host approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your booking request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the booking before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the host accepts your booking, the property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.
